Description

U.S. Army Model of 1917 2nd Model Hand Ejector made in 1918 5 1/2″ barrel. This pistol is blued and not parkerized as most were. The hammer and trigger are case hardened. The yoke and the yoke cut are marked 16856, the yoke cut is also marked with an “S”. The rear face of the cylinder, bottom of the grip frame and the bottom of the barrel have matching serial numbers. The left side of the barrel is marked S. W. D.A. 45. The bottom of the barrel is marked “UNITED STATES PROPERTY”.
