It offers an offset length of 2 1/4inch from its bottom clamp. Very helpful when mounting a scope with a longer eyepiece tube, especially ones with illuminated reticles. The strong and sturdy cam levers are made of steel and can be trusted for many years of reliable service.The QD cam locks can be finger-adjusted when needed.
