• 42CrMo4 Alloy Steel – Strong, balanced, and heat-treated for durability and toughness. Nickel-plated and DLC-coated for corrosion resistance and low friction.
• 17-4 PH Stainless Steel – Used in thin-walled chokes, offering high strength and corrosion resistance after advanced heat treatment.
• Grade 5 Titanium (Ti 6Al-4V) – Ultra-light, strong, and DLC-coated, ideal for sport shooters wanting reduced muzzle weight.

Every choke is finished with Gemini’s signature multi-step process for maximum smoothness, strength, and corrosion protection:

• Nickel Plating (Niplate HV500) – For internal protection and reduced fouling.
• Chroming/Burnishing – For external durability.
• DLC Coating (Diamond-Like Carbon) – Adds exceptional hardness (2500–3000 HV), smoothness, and wear resistance while reducing glare.

All chokes are laser-marked to indicate compatibility with steel or lead shot and conform to Banco Nazionale di Prova standards.

• Always ensure the firearm is unloaded before fitting.
• Inspect choke for damage before use. Only use if threads and contact surfaces are clean and undamaged.
• Tighten securely to prevent gas blow-by.
• Remove and clean regularly. Apply high-temp grease before reinstalling.
