The Maximus was designed to be a hybrid of Cutting Edge Bullets’ MTH and Raptor™ line. After 1-3″ of penetration, 4 large petals break off an radiate outward away from the main wound channel while the base continues. This high BC design can be used for hunting out to 1200yds.The fracture control groove was recently added to this projectile to ensure consistent, uniform expansion. Recommended use: Hunting out to 1200yardsMinimum impact velocity for expansion: 1400fps.
