Description
- Vintage German combination gun in ‘Drilling” or triplet format. As such features two shotgun barrels over a singular rifled barrel.
- Proofmarks indicate that it was manufactured in February of 1926, and retailed by the wholesaler Albrecht Kind aus Hunstig (or AKAH).
- The rifled barrel is stamped “7.8mm” and appears to be chambered for the 8x57JR cartridge, which has a smaller .318″ projectile. As such it should not be used with the standard modern 8×57 ammunition, which uses a larger .323″ projectile.
