This is currently loaded 303 Savage obsolete ammunition for 303 Savage chambered rifles. This will be loaded with properly headstamped Prvi Partizan cases (#303SAV2) when available or our reformed cases (#303SAV) with a head stamp of 30-40 Krag and 150 grain Hornady round nose soft point bullets (item #HOR3035). 2214 fps

The .303 Savage rifle cartridge developed by the Savage Arms Company in 1894 which was designed as a short (as short as the .30-30 Winchester) action cartridge for their Savage Model 1895 later 1899 hammerless lever-action rifle. The cartridge was originally designed for smokeless powder.
