Ingredients:Salt, pepper, garlic powder, dehydrated soy sauce [soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt) maltodextrin, salt] and spice extractives. Not more than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide to prevent caking.Cure:Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
