The Rise Armament Complete Upper is a high-performance 22 ARC assembly designed for the AR-Style platform. It features an 18″ 416R stainless steel, button-rifled, and air-gauged barrel with a 1:7″ twist rate. Built on a gray anodized forged billet aluminum receiver, it includes a free-floating skeletonized M-LOK handguard with four threaded steel QD inserts and a patent-pending attachment lock.
