Belt Size Specifications SMALL, 28″-33″ measures 32 inches from the end of the belt buckle to the first buckle hole and 37 inches to the last buckel hole.

MEDIUM, 33″-38″ measures 37 inches from the end of the belt buckle to the first buckle hole and 42 inches to the last buckel hole.

LARGE, 38″-43″ measures 42 inches from the end of the belt buckle to the first buckle hole and 46 inches to the last buckle hole.

X-LARGE, 43″-48″ measures 46 inches from the end of the belt buckle to the first buckle hole and 51 inches to the last buckle hole.
