Every choke is monitored through each stage of manufacturing with exact calibrations and inspections to ensure optimal performance.

Each choke undergoes Gemini’s signature finishing process, focused on durability, protection, and smooth operation:

• Grinding + Lapping – For precise fit and surface uniformity.
• Nickel Plating (Niplate HV500) – Internal protection against wear and corrosion.
• Chroming/Burnishing – External and internal finish for durability and resistance to fouling.

All chokes are laser-marked to clearly indicate suitability for steel or lead shot, and are manufactured in compliance with Banco Nazionale di Prova regulations.

• Always ensure your firearm is unloaded before installing or removing the choke.
• Check that the choke is undamaged before use, especially the internal diameter that fits into the barrel.
• Confirm the choke is fully tightened to avoid gas leakage between the barrel and choke, which can lead to failure.
• For long-term storage, remove, clean, and lubricate the choke and threads using high-temperature grease before reinstalling.
