Gemini chokes are crafted in Italy using 42CrMo4 alloy steel, chosen for its excellent strength and durability. All machining is carried out on precision CNC equipment, with rigorous quality checks at every stage to ensure perfect fit and reliable results.

Each choke undergoes Gemini’s signature finishing process:

• Nickel Plating (Niplate HV500) – Applied inside to reduce friction and protect from oxidation
• Chroming / Burnishing – For smooth, corrosion-resistant external and internal surfaces

These chokes are laser-marked “Only Lead” to distinguish them from steel-rated versions and are not suitable for use with steel shot. Each choke complies with Banco Nazionale di Prova certification standards for safe use.

• Always ensure your firearm is unloaded before fitting or removing chokes
• Inspect chokes before use for damage to threads or surfaces
• Tighten firmly to prevent gas leaks between the choke and barrel
• For long-term care, remove chokes, clean thoroughly, and apply high-temp grease before storage or reinstallation
